Mont Blanc Aftershave & Men's Fragrance

Mont Blanc, a German luxury goods company renowned for its high quality pens and watches, was founded in 1908 by Claus-Johannes Voss and August Eberstein. They didn't start with a wide array of products, having initially only focused on creating beautiful pens, but their first remarkable pen, the Montblanc from 1910, would later also give the company its now famous name, Mont Blanc. The company had expanded its offerings to include leather goods, notebooks and writing cases by 1935, which invited a broader spectrum of new and soon to be loyal customers. Then finally in the 1970's, when the Dunhill company acquired a majority stake in Mont Blanc, another company by the name of the Richemont Group in turn took over the entire acquisition alongside other luxury goods houses such as Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels.

It was the Richemont Group's ownership which saw the vast expansion of the Mont Blanc range of products, introducing larger leather goods such as attaché cases, jewellery and watches. It wasn't until 2001 that Mont Blanc launched its first ever fragrance, Presence, a delicately sweet Oriental and woody fragrance for women. The male version of Presence was released shortly after, offering the male counterpart a sumptuously warm and spicy bouquet to compliment the female version.

Mont Blanc often launches a new fragrance alongside a new collection of luxury goods such as the Timewalker watch collection, the launch of which in 2005 was accompanied by the now popular men's fragrance Starwalker. All of the Mont Blanc fragrances, be they male or female, are produced in conjunction with Inter Parfums Inc. Other popular fragrances in the Mont Blanc range of men's fragrances and aftershaves include the fresh and spicy accords of Presence Cool (2002), the balsamic sweet and woody accents of Individuel (2003), the aromatically fresh and spicy notes of Homme Exceptionnel (2008), the aromatically sweet and spicy accents of Legend (2011) and the warm and spicy aromatic notes of Emblem (2014) to name but a few.
